ALAIN & DOMINIQUE VAVRO
After their many customized projects for internationally recognized restaurants and tableware market leaders Villeroy & Boch, WNK, and RAK Porcelain, Dominique and Alain Vavro lend their classic and contemporary spirit to Ariane Fine Porcelain. The Vavro duo has been working for 25 years to create beautiful, luxurious hotel dinnerware. They have gained much experience in understanding food culture during this time. They have now teamed up with Ariane Porcelain to make new, innovative dinnerware that is simple, elegant, and useful. They pay great attention to detail to ensure their designs are of the highest quality.
MIKAELA DÖRFEL
Mikaëla Dörfel, a Finnish-born designer based in northern Hamburg, creates collections with distinct personalities inspired by nature. Her designs blend the tension of straight lines and curves with quality materials to produce modern, elegant pieces that stand the test of time. She considers every detail during the design process emphasizing on simplicity and functionality. Dörfel's work has earned recognition with multiple design awards and is sold worldwide. She prioritizes a tactile approach to ensure her designs function well in daily use.
GEMMA BERNAL
Gemma Bernal's professional life has been dedicated to design, and she approaches product design from a unique perspective. To her, a designer captures various aspects of life, such as function, economics, social dynamics, marketing, and production, through their sensitivity. Her work is multidisciplinary, and she collaborates closely with the right people to generate design ideas and proposals. Gemma draws inspiration from the Mediterranean atmosphere, particularly Barcelona, where she finds joy in people sharing meals on restaurant terraces. She has worked with renowned and young chefs who share a Mediterranean vision and is currently teaching design while communicating her vision.
HIROSHI TSUNODA
Since settling in Barcelona in 2000, Hiroshi Tsunoda has been a prominent Japanese designer. In 2005, he established his studio in the city, offering various design services spanning product, furniture, conceptual, interior, and graphic design. His designs have garnered worldwide attention. Recently his interest in cooking with Ariane Fine Porcelain.
