Our Business Ethics

We strive to  operate with integrity, fairness, and accountability. We value our  company’s reputation, the relationship with our  customers and stakeholders, and the positive workplace culture which we create.

  1. Integrity :  We uphold integrity in all our business relations and processes by conducting ourselves with honesty, transparency, and responsibility. This principle guides our interactions with employees and stakeholders, and we take accountability for its implementation at the executive level. We strive for consistent collaboration and cooperation to ensure adherence to these standards.

  2. Confidentiality and Protection of Data : We take the confidentiality and protection of private data for our employees, customers, competitors, and other stakeholders very seriously in all our activities, relationships, and behaviors. We are committed to keeping all entrusted data safe. We ensure that confidential information related to our business activities is protected, only used for its intended purposes, and shared with authorized individuals or organizations. Such confidential and private data includes sensitive information such as trade secrets, competition-related information, patents, undisclosed financial information, employee rights information, and information defined under “confidentiality agreements” with third parties. We also follow our “Information and System Security Policy” to ensure the safeguarding of data.

  3. Solidarity and Transparency : We place great emphasis on creating and sustaining a workplace where our employees and stakeholders can thrive, feel safe, valued, and content. We believe that by fostering a harmonious work environment, we can achieve success together. We promote a transparent system where solidarity and cooperation are key, and success is celebrated, rather than creating adverse competition among our employees. We are honest and upfront about how we tackle challenges in our work, and we are open to improving our methods to align with our values.

  4. Avoiding Conflict of Interests : A conflict of interest can arise when situations that have the potential for personal gain, directly or indirectly, affect or appear to influence the decisions or actions made while conducting Ariane’s business. As employees of Ariane, we steer clear of environments, relationships, and behaviors that may lead to conflicts of interest, directly or indirectly, and avoid situations where personal interests may conflict with those of the company. We prioritize protecting the interests of our stakeholders, ethical principles, and personal integrity in a fair and balanced way. Our aim is to earn the highest level of trust from all our stakeholders. Maintaining ethical business practices requires prioritizing the interests of the organization and its stakeholders over personal financial gain. This involves refraining from engaging in business activities that could create conflicts of interest or compromise objectivity. By adhering to this principle, businesses can build trust with their partners and clients, and promote transparency and accountability.

  5. Sense of Responsibility : We are committed to fulfilling our responsibilities to our customers, employees, shareholders, suppliers, competitors, society, and the environment. Our focus is on protecting the Company’s reputation while promoting artistic awareness. We prioritize providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and ethical workplace, and creating value for our shareholders.
