Our Commitment to a Sustainable Future
Since 2014, sustainability has been the foundation of Ariane Fine Porcelain. Our state-of-the-art facility was designed with eco-conscious principles embedded at every level, focusing on reduction, reuse, and recycling throughout our production process.
A Phased, Long-Term Vision
Phase 1: Successfully implemented sustainability initiatives.
Phase 2 (By 2030): Scaling initiatives with increased local sourcing and energy efficiency.
Phase 3: Ongoing research and innovation for a lower carbon future.
Responsible Raw Material Sourcing
Currently, 50% of our raw materials are sourced locally, reducing transportation emissions and supporting local communities. By Phase 2, we aim to increase this to 70%.
Water Conservation
Our wastewater treatment systems recycle water back into production, with excess used for gardening. Rainwater harvesting enables us to operate without reliance on external water sources.
Designed to Last
Timeless product design ensures longevity, reducing frequent replacement and minimizing waste across the hospitality industry.
Waste Reduction & Circularity
We reuse 100% of green non-fired and bisque waste. Phase 2 will include repurposing glaze-fired waste, strengthening our circular economy practices.
Energy Efficiency
Solar panels meet 35% of plant energy and 100% of office needs. Phase 2 includes LED installations across facilities to further reduce energy use.
Research & Innovation
We support infrared kiln technology development, which significantly reduces energy consumption and heat waste.
People & Community
Our sustainability extends to employee wellness, community development, free medical camps, accommodation, meals, and social welfare initiatives.
